Why would I engage your services and is it worth it?
Generally you would engage our services if you fall into the following categories:

Off market properties – are they just a myth?
The true opportunities that we refer to as off market are ones we hunt down directly. We also gain access to properties prior to any sort of marketing campaign to get ahead of the rest.
Properties are often referred to as ‘off market’ that are being advertised quietly on an agent’s website and not listed on domain or realestate.com.
What happens if there are competing clients?
We do not take on 2 clients with the same brief. Our role is to represent your best interests and it cannot be done with a conflict of interest.
What if I’ve engaged you and I find the property?
Finding the property is only a part of the service we offer. Due diligence, feasibility, value assessment, negotiation and getting the deal done are all part of the service provided whens successfully purchasing a property.
When do we pay your fees?
We back ourselves – our fee is only payable on success when we exchange.
Can I adjust my brief after I’ve engaged you?
Of course you can – we are flexible and understand if your benchmarks may change along the way.
Am I locked into a contract?
Whilst we require a signed agreement to represent you, this can be terminated with 7 days written notice.
How long is the agreement for?
We are flexible, but commonly a 3 month period.
Is there a cap on the number of properties we can see?
Definitely not! We don’t stop until we get the right one for you.
