Facilitation

BQ1 provides a step-by-step approach to undertaking a renovation. With our extensive network of builders, architects, engineers, and development personnel we facilitate the ideal team to complete the project for your property. We will walk you through contracts, negotiate prices and ensure that all is set to start the renovation.

Property Evaluation

After understanding your needs, we evaluate either the property you are looking at purchasing or the property you already own. We create potential floor plans, look through building codes and regulations for you. With our expert knowledge and experience, we aim to make this process that is usually daunting into an enjoyable one.

Check-ins

Given that we strive to provide our clients with the highest standard of work, we will be with you every step of the way. Even though we ensure that we are leaving your property in the most capable hands, our team will check up on you and the project. We are always only a call away. Our work isn’t complete until the project is completed.
