Andy Tooch
Founder
Prior to the establishment of BQ1, Andy worked at senior levels for the likes of Mirvac, James Fielding Group, Andersen, Colliers International and Jones Lang La Salle. He is an MBA graduate with thirty-seven years’ experience in real estate. Mr. Tooch is also a qualified valuer.

Kristian Peric
Senior Property Consultant
Has three years’ experience as a property practitioner. Yet he is well versed in all aspects of building science having grown up in a family of builders. KP studied engineering and loves nothing better than adding proactive suggestions in terms of increasing property returns.

Dylan Tooch
Research & Analytics
Dyl, as we know him, is both actuarially and accounting degreed. In terms of the business, he brings strategic know how and data analytics skills. Understanding how to measure impact and viewing property from a unique perspective, he changes the way BQ1 thinks.

Ali Fagan
Head of Marketing
Ali brings beauty and additional brain power to our team. A qualified accountant, holding degrees in accounting and an MBA, she is a strategic thinker understanding the numbers. Additionally, her experience in hospitality & marketing brings creative expertise and insights to the team.

Michelle Tooch
Accounts Management
Michelle works in a part time capacity for BQ1. When she’s not paying accounts, she’s a well-respected Audiologist. Managing the administration behind the scenes, has been aligned to the company since the year 2014. She has always ensured both sides of the ledger are ticked and tied.

Santi
Office dog
Santi is our friendly and lovable in-house pooch. Now two years old, this Beaglier is adorable, spirited, and possesses a fun loving personality who just loves people. Named after the ex-Arsenal star Santi Cazorla, he loves nothing better than all clients kicking a ball around with him.
